Run Training

Informal running sessions take place on Wednesday evenings throughout the season at Salt Ayre. Usually intervals or hills. All abilities welcome, it’s a great way to increase your speed and your cardio-vascular fitness, as well as being fun and sociable.

These sessions are not coached and they don’t cost anything. Meet just before 7pm Wednesdays at the front entrance to the sports centre.
